Alex is an experienced litigator and trial attorney representing a broad client base across a wide range of complex matters. Alex focuses his practice on employment law, civil litigation, and corporate transactions. Alex has successfully litigated matters on both the employer and employee sides, involving ADA, ADEA, FMLA, Title VII, and labor and wage claims. Alex is adept at handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategies, to managing discovery disputes, preparing successful dispositive motions, and trying cases at the federal and state court levels.  In his corporate practice, Alex focuses on business disputes, business formation, contract review, and corporate transactions.

Alex joined Old Dominion Trial Lawyers as a Partner after working for a national insurance company, where he gained invaluable experience as a trial attorney, Doumar Martin PLLC as an Associate where he continued his craft, and most recently the Fairfax County Attorney’s Office.

Alex graduated from the American University Washington College of Law where he focused his studies on business and transactional law.  His eagerness to engage in all facets of business and transactional law brought him to the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic. Alex also served as an Editor for the Washington College of Law’s Health Law & Policy Brief.

Alex is no stranger to litigation or trial work, and he uses his experience in litigation, coupled with his competitive spirit, to fully advocate for his clients.
