Clayton Daffron

Attorny,Esq

Clayton P. Daffron represents clients across a broad range of civil litigation matters in Virginia’s

General District and Circuit Courts. His practice encompasses contract disputes, property

damage claims, landlord-tenant issues, and construction-related litigation.

Clayton brings a particular depth to construction cases. Raised by a general contractor, he

spent years alongside architects, craftsmen, and tradesmen long before he entered the

courtroom, giving him a practical fluency with the industry that enriches his legal analysis and

client advocacy.

Clayton is also a proficient Spanish speaker, a journey which began during humanitarian work in

Managua, Nicaragua in 2014 and continued through study abroad in Salamanca, Spain in 2020.

His language skills allow him to connect and serve the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients directly.

Clayton earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2024 and holds a

Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from James Madison University (2021). He

was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2024
